Sync your Files with Microsoft OneDrive

One benefit that many do not know about is you can synchronize your desktop documents, pictures, and videos to OneDrive. That way, you can log in from any device and access your files. Here are the steps on how to get this done.

1. Click the tray icon on the bottom right-hand side of your screen.

2. Click OneDrive.

3. Open settings and click Backup. Next.

4. Manage backup. From here, you can choose what folders on your computer that you would like to backup.

And that is it. That simple step. And now you have unlocked another hidden gem within the Microsoft productivity suite.
